It was safe to say that Wisteriawren was a bit of a clutz. So, unsurprisingly, if the task she'd assigned to herself was to gather all the pretty weeds and small flowers growing in the clearing and place them in every cat bed (or nests, as they were called here) she saw, the latter job was going to be a bit... challenging.

Oh, who was she kidding? Standing at the mouth of the warrior's den (that was what it was called! Wisteriawren had checked!), the pretty tabby blinked at the dark of the den, only seeing multiple lumps. Oh. Well, this was nothing like her old cat bed, but if this was how they slept here... in these... moss?, then Wisteriawren could too! If she could figure out how one even came to own one of these... contraptions.

But first, the flowers! With said plants both in her mouth and littered in her fur, the ex-kittypet started weaving her way between nests, dropping petals or leaves here and there in empty nests. If anyone was awake, she was not aware of it. It was when she was skirting around another nest that the occupant sleeping inside it shifted, and Wisteriawren, in her attempt to avoid the outstretched limb, scuttled backward, surprise evident on her face.

With a soft yelp, Wisteriawren stumbled backward, tripping over her too-long tail and landing with a thud right in someone else's nest. Which was occupied. Now the question was, was the soft whatever-it-was under her a cat or the moss nest, because Wisteriawren really really hoped it was the latter. She was about to be mortified out of her wits. Scratch that, she was already mortified, frozen in place.

Letting out an 'oomph' as she was unceremoniously shoved off the other cat (yes, it was a cat), Wisteriawren let out a nervous giggle as she didn't even bother get up, just lay there in her shame. Should she play dead? She was sorely tempted to try that tactic. Or, well, she had been contemplating it until the cat started speaking to her, their voice gruff.

Peeking over at the hopefully-not-very-angry cat from beneath her lashes, the ex-kittypet felt her breath catch slightly as she caught sight of the cat she'd fallen on top of. Oh, why. Blooms save her. He just had to be handsome, didn't he? Wisteriawren couldn't stop staring, for crying out loud.

"I was, em, not trying to... fall... for- I mean- on you..." Slowly pushing herself back into an upright position, Wisteriawren attempted a bright smile. "Um, good morning, I suppose?" Her countenance brightened ten times more at his question on flowers. "Aren't they the pretties- Yeah... I was decorating all the empty ne- The den needs cleaning?" That seemed a foreign concept to Wisteriawren. Her cat bed had never been dirty. It just... magically... cleaned itself? Oh no, had Greta been doing it all this time?!

Glancing at her companion, Wisteriawren squinted. "What did you say your name was again?" She began plopping the fallen flowers into his nest - without realizing maybe that needed permission. "Cuz you're really ... um... pretty? Like the flowers? See?" She held up one flower in his face for inspection, and then realized it was half-smushed. "Oh wait." Shoving it someplace where only the unsquished part was visible, the pretty tabby grinned, a smile lighting up her face. "I'm Wisteriawren!"
