| Specklepaw | | They/He | | A sleek black cat with one white paw and a white speckled tail; Yellow eyes | ~ Specklepaw followed along with the rest of the Clan. Troutstone followed his leader and sat. He nodded at Slatewhiskers orders to show that he had heard and would obey.

Re: September Gathering
Pondwhisker, not far behind his adoptive child, would nod to his leader and deputy. He licked his graying maw and sat close to Specklepaw. "Are you excited?" He meowed quietly to the black and white cat. He watched their expression with a soft smile.

Re: September Gathering
> Pebblefoot < She/they/he Pebblefoot followed his leader, they weren't really looking forward to tonight, because lots of things had happened recently and Pebbblefoot didn't wanna deal with everything. She looked around, searching for Flintfang, but Flintfang wasn't at the Seastones yet. He hoped that everything would be settled in the coming moons, because if not, things would be so much different. As Pebblefoot looked around, they heard Slatewhisker's call, Pebblefoot nodded her head at Slatewhisker. The new RiverClan deputy was doing a very good job so far. And the clan in general was doing better than just a few moons ago, when they kidnapped an apprentice even though the clan didn't want to. > Rootstripe < He/him Rootstripe padded along, following Pikestar as the moon shined bright. This gathering would hopefully be better than the last few gatherings. There was likely going to be some chaos as usual, but not as much as there used to be. Their Fox-hearted old leader Skystar was going to pay for what he did to RiverClan. That cat was not a great cat. As he dashed over to the Seastones, he noticed that a lot of his classmates weren't dashing to the Seastones. But he was a good cat, so he got to dash whenever he can. Rootstripe loved the seastones so much. He got to talk to a bunch of other cats from the other clans! And it was so awesome, it always felt unreal! He also nodded to Slatewhisker, speaking: "Don't worry, I won't" (Both open!) |

Re: September Gathering
Slatestripe padded into the open area before the Seastones, keeping pace with his Clanmates. His muscles rippled under his pelt, ready to spring to his Clan’s defense if some other Clan caused trouble. The other leaders had better be fair to their new leader. He was doing the best he could to pull them all together after Skystar’s disastrous leadership. He looked around for some cat to sit near. He wasn’t too keen on interacting with cats from other Clans. He didn’t care much for having friends outside of his own Clan. He thought it asinine. He caught site of Rootstripe and decided to approach him. “Excited for this Gathering?” he questioned. ( @.Stardust. ) |

- Lilycreek | She / They | RiverClan -
( @SplashyLumi ) The orange and white molly followed her leader, keeping an eye on him. Normally, she would have been all smiles during a gathering, exchanging polite greetings and kind words, but she now felt it was a chore. With her son gone, and Pikestar seeming always to be on the verge of collapse, she felt a wave of protectiveness for her leader. She sidled up to Koipool. "I'm rather anxious for this gathering to begin." She eyed the WindClan leader, uneasy.. It seemed RiverClan had earned themselves a rather nasty position. They had fought with ThunderClan over Firefly Cove, and now WindClan turned they're back on them. And Dawnstar was out of the question. |

Re: September Gathering
~Wolfsong of Riverclan | @Evermore~
Pausing for a moment before stepping onto the sand, the silver tabby felt her pelt flush warm at Fawnleap's words. Shoving down the spark of guilt that lit up in her chest, Wolfsong's icy blue eyes flashed towards the stars for a moment before resting on the mahogany pelted she-cat she was lucky enough to have as a girlfriend. I got lucky you were there to rescue me. Flashing a small smile, Wolfsong brushed up against the other warrior, a little chuckle coming from her. "You're one to talk, your pelt is glistening in the light off the water," she purred, eyes sparkling light the starlight off the crests of the waves. Looking ahead through the reeds sheepishly, she took a deep breath to steady herself. "Shall we?" ~Moonfrost of Riverclan | Open~ Padding along behind Pikestar and Slatewhisker, the dark tabby couldn't help but notice how her friend's shoulders slumped in exhaustion. After everything he had gone through, it was no wonder he was showing signs of the stress. Making her way to pad level with the dark furred leader for a moment, she gave a sympathetic blink. I'm here for you, my friend. As the cats began to spread out, she chose a spot closer to the Seastones, where she could provide a supportive presence. ~Hawkblaze of Windclan | Open~ Stifling a yawn, the stocky tom lumbered after his leader. He wasn't entirely sure why he had decided to come this time, it's not like he enjoyed the chaos of Gatherings. Although he was intrigued when he noticed that a dark furred longhair was leading Riverclan instead of the golden furred tabby he had seen previously. Maybe this would be interesting. Choosing a spot off to the side of the crowd, Hawkblaze planted his haunches in the sand and lazily began grooming the silt out of his pawpads. |

Slatestripe just shook his head at the young cat’s intense enthusiasm, although his eyes still shone. Rootstripe was acting like an apprentice at their first Gathering! Slatestripe supposed that was alright, given that most of RiverClan seemed somewhat apprehensive. “I agree that Skystar was a terrible leader,” he meowed. “I truly think RiverClan will be better off without that cat. I’m just glad StarClan still awarded our new leader his nine lives.” He looked up as Twilightstar bounded up to join RiverClan’s leader. Slatestripe narrowed his eyes, noticing that WindClan’s leader seemed a tad frosty toward RiverClan’s. “I wonder how many lives Twilightstar has left,” he mused to Rootstripe. “She’s been leader for two season-cycles now, I believe.” |

Their White paws left slight indents in the sand that would soon be overrun by other cats very own paw prints. Fawnleap remained close to the grey shecat. Never losing sight of her in this crowd,Wolfsong was far too beautiful to be forgotten in a growing crowd of cats. The demigirl trotted forwards, sitting next to wherever Wolfsong had found them a spot among their fellow clan cats. “Good lord,You’re so pretty.” The demigirl slammed her paw to her mouth. Shoot.....umm. Fawnleap wrapped their tail around Wolfsongs own,Hopefully giving a slight sense of comfort to her girlfriend. Fawnleap was praying that everything went smooth this time around. Wolfsong didn’t need anymore stress, she was already going through enough,so much that Fawnleap could only think of. {} @RiztheHuntress {} |

Before Slatestripe could answer, the other cat bounded off. Slatestripe chuckled softly. Some cats truly had more energy than they knew what to do with. He thought to himself about the possibility that Twilighstar only had one or two lives left. Perhaps they’d be greeting Fallowstar at the next Gathering. |

~Midnightpaw~ Midnightpaw padded towards Seastones, her gaze directed somewhat to the ground. She wasn't in the mood to go to the Gathering but she decided that it would be good to socialize. She felt the ground change to sand and she looked up, the fish scent having had invaded her a while ago. She was sure her mother would mention about the break in the truce this night but in particular, she was interested in the gray cat that was sitting in the deputy spot. Who was that? She shrugged before looking around, her amber gaze for some reason stopping at a particular cat who was also looking around. Curious, she slowly padded over to the cat. They looked sort of familiar but she couldn't place them. "Looking for someone?" She meowed, her voice somewhat quiet as she reached them. [Midnight doesn't look like Twi so Seed wouldn't feel the need to place her as Twi's daughter] :heartbounce: @Fawnhearted :heartbounce: |
Re: September Gathering
Birdpaw was quite proud of herself as she entered the Seastones. Considering how her past three gatherings had ended in her life being threatened, her watching two cats be murdered, and her bleeding from an attack form a thunderclanner, she was being very bold to assume that nothing bad would happen to her this gathering. But she wanted to give Gatherings one last chance. And maybe she would see Softpaw, that nice apprentice she had met a couple gatherings ago. Yes, maybe this would be okay.

Re: September Gathering
Snowypaw WindClan Massive, clumsy paws kicked up sand as the large apprentice followed the rest of WindClan, keeping to the back of the group. Snowypaw could feel his shoulders tense up with nervousness. He had only been an apprentice for a moon and was just now attending his first gathering. He felt he should be excited, but anxiety was really all he could muster. Gatherings felt like the time to show the best of yourself, make sure you made a good representation of your clan. Snowypaw was fairly certain he was as far from being able to show himself in even a half decent light as he was from the stars above. Turning big blue eyes at the sky, he focused on the moon, hoping to relax himself. After all, there was one reason to be excited for the gathering, if all else failed. He might get to meet up with Flamepaw again! His first and only meeting with the ThunderClan apprentice had been cut woefully short at the ThunderClan border, and he really didn't know anything about the apprentice, but he had connected with her better than he had almost any other apprentice from WindClan to this date. This thought made the gentle giant scoff. He had no one but himself to blame for that, really. Maybe if he had more to offer other cats than just awkward silences and his oafish lack of finesse that would not be the case. One mismatched ear twitched at this thought. Come to think of it... maybe he had misread his meeting with Flamepaw. Maybe he had not made as good an impression on her as she had on him. No... scratch that. He had most certainly not made as good an impression on her as she had on him. And if so, there was every possibility that she wouldn't even remember him, let alone look forward to seeing him again. Maybe it would simply be best if he kept to himself and did not bother her if he did get to see her... Scenting the air as WindClan mingled with the cats already gathered there, Snowypaw realized there was really nothing to worry about yet, regardless. Judging by the smells, it was only RiverClan and WindClan here. Still, this pause was all the young tom needed to feel the small glimmer of excitement he had hung on to for so long fade away. A small, disappointed sigh escaping him, Snowypaw decided the best he could do for WindClan was to stay quiet and well out of the way. Yes. That would no doubt be best. Feeling his shoulders relax as he came to this conclusion, the patched apprentice slowly settled down by the edge of the clearing, sitting comfortably as he kept a now calmer eye on the amalgamation of cats before him. |

Re: September Gathering
**Toadpounce of Windclan** [OPEN] The thin spotted tom padded in behind his leader on uneven steps. The trek to the open beach was more difficult than he remembered it being in moons passed. The dog attack that had left him with a gimpy shoulder and their former deputy dead seemed so long ago yet he was still feeling the pain with every step. Then it was only exacerbated by the badger attack as he was assessing his former apprentice. A heavy pit had settled in the once buoyant, eccentric tom. He could think of few fatal or near fatal attacks in his lifetime and he had now been apart of two of the recent ones. It was difficult to not draw the conclusion that he had been a common denominator and thus could he really continue believing the attacks had nothing to do with him personally? Was Starclan angry wi the him for failing his family? He didn’t know where his parents or mate were, as well as most of his kits, and Cobwebpaw…Cobwebpaw… Where he’d normally shake away the thoughts, now he let himself ruminate in them, if he could even shake himself free of them if he tried. Slowing to the back of the group as they approached, Toadpounce made his way out onto the sandy shore then picked a nearby open spot to gingerly lay himself down and prepare for the gathering. |

Widening his green eyes, the tuxedo tom quickly stopped himself from climbing atop the rock alongside his leader. What was she doing on the giant rock anyway? Was that where the important cats of each Clan went? Most likely... the tom grumbled to himself. After only having two friends and three cats talking about him behind his back, anger gnawed its way into his mind and the only rational decision he could make at the moment was sit close to the rock, a fair distance away from his Clanmates but not enough to be rude. |

She shivered. Having one cat as your enemy was one thing; having all of the other leaders of the clans has quite another. She noticed Twilightstar had exchanged frosty greetings with Pikestar, and a part of her wanted to claw the look off her face in order to spare her friend, but another part of her beat it down, stamping it flat. She noticed Slatewhisker sitting at the base of the rocks, looking steady but a little nervous. "And how gracious are the leaders willing to be? The damage is already done." It didn't seem plausible to her the leaders would forget everything Skystar had done. |
Re: September Gathering
Rainglow watched the gathering and sighed. All these cats of different clans... talking to each other? He had never had a friend from a different clan... maybe now was the time to make one! eerrrrr perhaps he'd just look at rocks... the tom plopped himself down to study a few pebbles at his feet. "Well, well, there you are, mouse brain. What took you so long?" His voice was teasing and he flicked the dilutes ear gently with his paw. His sister had been sluggish and tired recently, and he hoped that she wasn't coming down with anything. She felt his paw on her ear and she snorted before placing a paw on his greying maw. "Okay, old man. You're one to talk. I think Specklepaw and I are gonna go talk to WindClan cats and ditch you." She stretched her forelegs out and smirked, before sitting beside her family. |
Re: September Gathering
Wolffeather sat by himself, gazing around at his clan and Riverclan. She made an annoyed noise, even if the Riverclan cats swam in water, it was filled with fish dirt. Couldn't be that clean. At least Windclan had nothing to get them dirty. He frowned at that. So instead of meeting with any cat, they sat alone and made their fur cleaner.
