Hi!! Decided to open up some on-site commissions just for the heck of it. I don't draw as often as I used to and am hoping that opening slots here will get me in the groove of things again, as well as provide an avenue to deliver y'all some art uwu

The below policies are kind of jargony, so if you have any questions about anything, let me know and I can clarify for ya!!

Terms of Service:

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to have read and to abide by these Terms of Service.
I retain full rights to the product itself. As it is a digital item and not a tangible one, you only purchase the rights to use, share, and display the work (with credit to myself). You may not make any edits of any kind to the work.
This TOS may be subject to change without prior warning. You are expected to review and follow the updated TOS. Please make sure to check back here occasionally!
Failure to uphold this TOS may result in being placed on the watch list, or being blacklisted without warning, and the rights to use or display the product revoked.

Process and Policies:

I reserve the right to accept or deny any commission for any reason.
I will only be offering work for feline characters.
Half of the full payment must be sent once your commission has been accepted before I start on anything.
I am a busy college student and artwork may take some time to produce! As a general guideline, I will always do my best to deliver a sketch to you within one week of receiving the initial payment.
Once you see and approve the sketch, no more changes to the piece may be made. This is your final opportunity to request any changes you may want! Once the sketch has been approved, you will send over the rest of the payment and I'll begin the finished piece once I receive it.
If you need to back out before the commission if finished, 50% of what you paid will be refunded to you.
Once a commission is complete, there are no refunds. All sales are final!

Payment:
I currently take PayPal, Cashapp, and Venmo for payments. For any payments made in non-USD currency, I will only take PayPal.

If you file a fraudulent chargeback on a fulfilled commission, the rights to use the item will be revoked and you will be blacklisted from future commissions.
