Hewwo~ and welcome to this thread !

Alright, before I start, let me define in a few words what this thread is supposed to be about :

Here you can post about your thoughts or expectations for any live-action, cartoon or anime series or movies you're currently watching/used to watch ! You can also talk about theories, headcannons, your opinion on the newest movie trailer ...

But you can also advertise series you love if you want to get more people on this site to get invested in them ! (Or just give it a glance.)
(Either to have people to talk about it to when something happens, or to get more people to join your [Enter Name Here] -based rp you've got going on on the Non-Warriors section. )

Now for the rules :

1 - Respect the WCO Site Guidelines
2 - Please put all major spoilers in Spoiler Tags.
Example : if you're talking about something that could affect a season or the show in its entirety.
Or if you're talking about something specific to one episode.
And finally (This one could be considered optional.) if discussing a movie that's part of a bigger picture.

You can put anything you want though if you're talking about an element from a standalone movie.

Aaaalright ... right now my mind is kinda blank for recommandations ... I mean, there's kind of a ravine between Death Note and Yuri!!! on Ice/Hetalia ... so for anime I think I'm not going to come up with anything ...

But if you could ... in the cartoon division I'd say Gravity Falls if you haven't watched it yet. Though you only watched 3 eps of Supernatural ... then again I never watched a single ep myself, so yeah ...

I mean, it's interesting, it's light-hearted, yet you still feel like watching it. (Especially in season 2. First eps of season 1 ... not so much ...) Though it's fairly well known so I guess you could review critics and stuff to see if you'd like it or not.
It's a Disney cartoon, with elements of supernatural stuff, and a big conspiracy and lots of other secrets ... well I don't want to spoil anything in case you'd want to watch it one day, but if you want to risk it ...

 

The villain we thought was just kinda minor is actually major, and the twins' great uncle had kept secret a transdimentionnal portal that he tried to rebuild in hopes of bringing back his long lost [...] from the very beginning.

And if you've already seen GF, maybe try looking up Over the Garden Wall ?

As for movies ... did you watch the Dreamworks ones ?
Like : Sinbad : Legend of the Seven Seas ?
Or The Road to El Dorado ?
Or Spirit : Stallion of the Cimarron ? (I really like this one.)
Or even The Prince of Egypt ?

And while staying on Disney, did you watch all of them ?
There's rather lesser known ones like The Emperor's New Groove, Treasure Planet, Atlantis : The Lost Empire, The Great Mouse Detective, The Rescuers, The Fox and the Hound ... and I'm sure I'm forgetting some ...

Otherwise ... I guess that's all for now, my mind wont come up with any other recommandations as of now ...

Ooh! I don't really watch TV or watch movies loads anymore (only in the cinema or if I have a sleepover at my friends' houses)

So today I'd like to share something else...

Literally like some movies that are coming out that I'm excited for (and probably won't be able to watch but I'll add that in)

Fantastic Beasts 2 (will watch)
Star Wars: The Last Jedi (will watch)
Avengers: Infinity War (won't watch)

Some movies that are on my watch list that I will not watch for ages probs

Anything Marvel
War Horse

Movies I wanna Re watch
Harry Potter (all of them like 8 times)
The Pirate fairy (don't judge I like tinker bell)


I am NOT an anime fan at all, if anything, I'm a big anime hater but I do play along when we call eachother our nicknames (I'm Levi from AOT, one friend is L from Death Note, one friend is Bassy or Sebastian from Black Butler and the other is Grell from Black Butler) like all my friends love anime except me and it's ruining my life...

Oh, yeah, I'm not really fond of live-action stuff.

Monster inside me sounds like something I'd watch though ! I love that kind of stuff ! (For, hem, scientific purposes.)

I tried to give arrow a shot ... but ... I didn't really get interested.

And of course I also watch the Dragons series, as well as the first movie.

As for the rest, I never heard of it, 'cept the Bill Nye one.


Oh, I'm planning on watching the new Star Wars with my father when it comes out !

Also I try to watch every Avengers/Marvel movies (when they come out)with my best friend whenever we can make it.

I can't relate for the Harry Potter stuff, as I've never read a single book or seen a single movie in my life.

(Also, I'm really not in the place to judge anyone because they watch "cheesy" things :p )

Why do you hate anime though ? I mean, I'm not a huge fan of it, and to me they're just japanese cartoons, so I never got that whole "culture" around it, though it can be fun sometimes, but I wonder how one can "hate" anime altogether ?

My memory's kinda fuzzy, it's been a while since I've seen season 1, and I haven't gotten around to watch season 2 yet.
