That swirled aimlessly around the Havana brown toms head, swimming in a pool of thoughts that continued to try and drown out each other for attention. Marie had told him that, and he supposed it was true all except for “one pawstep” which he didn’t exactly think was quite fitting. He was racing, bounding, leaping, towards the next day. There was no subtle paw step, no prestige gait, rather a reckless race towards the next exciting thing. A sad sigh scampered up his throat and out between his teeth only to cloud up and spiral toward the sky above him. It was hard to handle sometimes, a world he wanted to travel across and leave everyone he knew behind. Though he liked it this way sometimes, it was hard when somebody decided he didn’t like what he was saying and decided they wanted to leave him for the rats... the tom shook his head gently at the thought but continued to pad along. Than suddenly a sweet scent caught his nose causing him to jerk his head to the side. Taking a deep breath as if trying to suck in more of the sweet scent.
