Frostedflight padded quietly up to the large rocks. He leaped gently up onto a small stone, craning his neck to see into ThunderClan territory. Would Rainberry keep her promise and come meet him again? He didn't know. The black and white ShadowClan tom sat to wait, his gift of a thrush lain at his large paws. @Lyra

Rainberry padded into Seastones, looking around for Frostedflight. She sniffed the air and scented him. Bounding up to the Shadowclan cat, Rainberry had noticed he had a Thrush. "Whose that for?" She asked. |

Frostedflight suddenly felt flustered. What had he meant to say? He knew he had caught the thrush for her, but what did he want to say to her when he gave Rainberry the bird. "Erm," he shuffled his paws, "It's for us to share. Kind of as a peace thing," he hated looking so vulnerable. It made the tom feel unsafe. "If you want to, that is..." he added on.

Rainberry looked at him in surprise. Was it normal for two cats from different clans to be sharing prey? She didn't think it would cause any harm, plus she probably wouldn't have much of it anyways since she mostly ate fish instead. "Oh," Rainberry replied," Okay then. I guess I might eat some of it." The grey tabby she-cat hadn't really known of any type of peace by giving prey, but she trusted Frostedflifht. |

"Alright then," Frostedflight picked up the bird and jumped down, landing in front of her. He pushed the bird towards the she-cat, offering her first bite.

Rainberry took a rather large bite, then pushed it back to Frostedflight. She kind of liked eating Thrush now, but not when there were a lot of feathers. "You can have the rest," She mewed, not that hungry. |

Frostedflight cocked his head. "Are you sure?" He didn't want her to be hungry.

Rainberry nodded. "I had a fish on the way here, so I'm fine," She promised.

"Alright then," Frostedflight continued to eat, but slowly, so that if the she-cat wanted some, she could have it.

Rainberry watched him eat for a few seconds, then quickly looked away. It was really quiet, so she decided to start a conversation. "So," She began, her tail tip flicking," What's Shadowclan like? Not that I'm trying to find out anything serious." |

Frostedflight almost laughed, but realized it would be rude. "It's wet." He said, remembering the marshy land in his territory. "But it's nicely shaded too,"

Rainberry nodded, and replied," Well I figured it was shady, it's Shadowclan." She paused for a moment to look at the sky, then looked back at Frostedflight. Ever since the first time they had come here and seen each other, she started to sort of like him. Soon, the thought was out of her head as she heard a bird above. Rainberry ignored it, and continued talking. "Aren't you supposed to be fierce to cats from other clans, or something?" The tabby she-cat asked, knowing the question was sort of rediculous. |

"Well, it's mostly for reputation purposes," Frostedflight meowed, "It's sort of how we judge character. By acting hostile, we can tell if a cat is also hostile." Frostedflight regared her with warm eyes. Rainberry really was beautiful. "Like how I could tell you wouldn't attack me unless I attacked you first."

"Yeah, like the other clans have a different way of seeming hostile," Rainberry added in, looking down at her paws. It had always seemed a bit strange to her how cats from other clans - especially enemy clans- always got along with each other. But now she knew, ever since she had met Frostedflight. "I have to go back to my clan now," She meowed, thinking about her friends back at the camp.

"Alright," Frostedflight smiled, "I hope to see you again," he touched noses with her, hoping that was a normal friendly gesture, but was surprised when his ears felt hot, along with the top of his muzzle.

As Rainberry and Frostedflight touched noses, she felt blush dancing across her face. "Me too," She finally said at last before turning around and heading back towards Riverclan. The silver she-cat hoped that none of her clan mates would smell Shadowclan scent on her, but doubted it since going through her own territory would rub it off.

Frostedflight watched her go, fighting with his own feelings. I can't! I only just met her yesterday! Besides, she's from a different Clan. A cat as beautiful as her is sure to have a mate already. But, I do. I do love her, Tears sprung up in the large tom's eyes. All his life he had just wanted to be a loyal ShadowClan cat, and here he was, falling in love with a cat from another Clan. Frostedflight tore himself away. He battled with himself all the way back.

A silver tabby she-cat looked around as she entered the Seastones, the sound of the birds calming her. She started smiling at the thought of her friends trying to persuade her into some water, but she knew she would go and see Frostedflight today so she didn't. At least she hoped that he had come. Rainberry stared down at her paws for a moment. Should she have brought some prey? The silver tabby didn't know, but she didn't think it would do any harm. Shaking the thoughts out of her head, Rainberry padded forward and looked around once more, but still no sign of Frostedflight. Everyime Rainberry thought of him, or even saw him, her heart skipped a beat. I can;t like him, I must stay loyal to my clan! She thought to herself oneday. |

Frostedflight stepped out of the shade and gasped. She was here! He wasn't sure whether to be relieved or not. The sun caught her coat, making her even more majestic than she already was. "You're here," he breathed, padding up to her. "I- I didn't know you'd be here right now," her scent was making him dizzy. It was sweet, and he couldn’t seem to look away from her. Frostedflight's blue eyes gleamed in the light.

"Oh, well me neither," Rainberry replied, the tips of her ears growing warm. She shifted her paws, and looked away for a second as he stepped up to her. She didn't expect Frostedflight to always come here, but he seemed like the kind of cat that would keep a promise no matter what. "So," She started, not sure what to say," Um, how's the clan?" At that moment she felt like face-pawing. That was one of the dumbest questions a cat could ask, especially during this time. |

"ShadowClan is doing fine. And RiverClan? There's a rumour that ThunderClan and WindClan have moved closer to your territory?" His heart skipped a beat when she spoke, but then it kept pounding loudly. He was sure she could hear it.

Rainberry nodded. "Yeah, they're closer to Riverclan. I don't really like it all, though," She told Frostedflight, twitching her ear. She then noticed she hadn't been spending as much time with the clan. Rainberry was always to cuaght up in hunting, or meeting other cats she had completely forgot about what was happening right in front of her face.

"I don't blame you. I wouldn't like it either," Frostedflight turned to sit next to her, close enough that the tips of their pelts brushed. The air between them seemed to be filled with static energy, and Frostedflight's heart beat even faster.

Rainberry felt her ear tips heat up as Frostedflight sat next to her. Looking away, she saw a few birds flying overhead, She never really cared to eat them, she liked watching them sometimes. |

Frostedflight followed Rainberry's gaze. He saw the birds, wheeling through the leaf-fall sky. "I find birds interesting, you?"

Rainberry shrugged and watched the birds for a few moments before looking back down at her paws. "Sometimes," She replied and let out a small sigh. Just being around Frostedfligh made her feel nervous, even when there was no need.

Frostedflight smiled. If he could just make her laugh. He was sure the sound would be just as beautiful as she was. Frostedflight got an idea. He tapped her with a paw, then jumped away. "Tag!"

Rainberry stayed where she was until she realized what Frostedflight was doing. Smiling, she chased after him, hoping to finally catch the shadowclan cat. After a few seconds Rainberry caught up with him and meowed," Your it!" |

"Gah!" Frostedflight laughed. He raced around after her. "No, you are!" Then he darted up onto the stones.

"CHeater!" SHe laughed, and we rn back after him. Playing around frostedflight every her feel comfortable around him, like he would never hurt anything for any reason.

Frostedflight breathed out in a sigh. He'd gotten her to laugh, which was all he wanted. "I'm not cheating, I'm just using my surroundings to my advantage!" He laughed breathlessly back to Rainberry.

Rainberry smiled, then sat down. Her paws ached from some of the stones that constantly poked at her pads whenever she ran. The riverclan she-cat wasn't used to them, even though there own territory had some. She then realized that she hadn't been hunting as much, or doing anything that fun either, but she shook the thought away and turned back to Frostedflight. "So Im guessing you do this with a lot of she-cats?" Rainberry asked, clearly saying it as a joke. |

Frostedflight skidded to a stop at the question. "What? No. I don't," he padded carefully back down to her. "What makes you think that?"

Rainberry realized something, and shook her head. Her smile dissapeared as she said," Nevermind." She looked arund for a quick second. "I have to go anyways." |

Frostedflight's spirit sunk. "Oh, okay," he meowed softly. "I guess I'll see you around?"

"Uh, yeah! Of course," Rainberry replied, a tiny smile on her face. She felt bad for wanting to leave so soon, but at the same time she also had to get back to camp. After a few moments the silver tabby said," Ok, well see you later." Padding out of the seastones, her paws ached from the constant rocks. She looked back at Frostedflight one more time before completely leaving. |

Duskpaw breathed in relief,Starclan was watching over him, no one would lay a claw on him at the Seastones,he'd stay here until the battle way over, but he couldn't tell if it was over
