SNOW-FEVER MASS QUARANTINE ☃ [ WINDCLAN EVENT ]
 

Event [#event]

A mysterious sickness has spread amongst Windclan. The symptoms very but the first and firstmost are extremely, bodily chills. If left untreated, it will lead to death. There only begs one issue, currently, Cowtuft has no way to treat these patients. Currently, these infected patients are being quarantined in the Medicine Cat's Den. This may change as the number of infected patients rises. Helpers will come in and out to help these infected characters. Any roleplays with your infected character should take place here (if they are known to be sick yet are found free roaming, they are up to punishment as they are putting their clanmates at risk. ) unless your character is helping.

oh boy! these cats looked reeeaaalllyy lonely to cowkit who watched from afar for a while. his ears drooped as he thought they would be happier if they had somebody to talk to...wait thats right he would talk to them! getting up to his shaky small paws the frail tom kit slunk forward glancing around. just a little closer~ Bingo! plopping himself down he whispered to the cat closest to him. hello im cowkit! you looked really lonely cramped up in here! im here to talk to you to chase your boredom away. he meowed with droopy tired eyes.

The brown lynx point nearly tripped over his paws on his way to the entrance of the den. Huffing, he glared at them. The tips of his claws, as always, were poking out of the fluffy tufts on his toes. Shaking his head, he blew the long, brownish grey fur out from in front of his eyes. Peeking his head into the medicine den, he searched for Cowtuft.

"Hello? Cowtuft, are you-" Rootclaw broke off in a bout of coughing. His voice was gravely when he picked his sentence back up. Are- you, are you in here?" he blinked rapidly, trying to clear his head. A minor headache had set in recently, making it difficult for the tom to focus on things as good as he should be able to.

--it had gotten worse. it had gotten so, so much worse. they felt so yuck. so gross. a headache pounded through their skull, intense shivers gripping at their body as they managed to crawl into the medicine den. they weren't the only one here, whether that was good… or bad. their mouth hung slightly open, quite clearly dry. their tongue, cracked and almost bloody, seemed almost glued to the bottom of their mouth. hawkkit only just managed to speak past the tremors; “w-w-where's… c-cowt-t-tuft…?” they mustered, before collapsing into a mossy nest. they were just… exhausted, really. their body, drained and tired, could barely handle having to fight off such an awful illness.

Blackheart frowned. Hot or cold, make up your mind! she told herself. She was not pleased with the idea of being both, although at this point it wasn't really an idea anymore. But it was nothing. Walk it off. No need to get Cowtuft, right? Right. But as she walked past the Medicine Cat den, she was actually very tempted, if only for a moment. But no. She was fine. She couldn't let other cats see her weakness -there is NO WEAKNESS TO SEE, she snarled internally. She was dizzy now. QUIT THAT. She was not going in, because she was fine.

Specklekit tried to prevent herself from quivering. Ah... she was so cold. Her fur was standing on edge and goosebumps ran across her spine. Was it leaf-bare? She remembered one time, it had gotten really cold during leaf-bare and the kits had all cuddled together to keep warm. Maybe it was leaf-bare again.

She still couldn't really understand what was going on. She wanted to go back to the nursery and play with her friends. But the big cats had told her that she'd make her friends cold too. Specklekit let out a sigh. She was so bored. And so cold. She started violently coughing. Ah, when would it stop? When could she be warm again?

Cinderspirit stumbled into the medicine den, shivers wracking her body. She had been shivering for a few days now, getting progressively worse. But her breaking point had been last night, when she had been lying in her nest, flushing hot and cold.
"Cowtuft..." Her voice was weak from the shaking taking up all her energy, "Are you in?"

This high energy kit was... unusually quiet. He didn't feel good. He was so.. so warm, yet so cold. Eyes swam with tears as he waddled into the Medicine Den "Fluffytuft? I don't feel good.. Can you help me get my Daddy, please? He's deputy.. He can fix everything."

Moth’kit felt terrible. He was extremely cold and kept shivering and he felt weak. He loathed feeling weak. In addition, there wasn’t anybody who wanted to talk to him. Even then, he was still worried about Cow’kit. [@Yugo.]
