I'll be willing to draw your OCs for a price of... 0 whole dollars. I can assure you, I am an ok-ish artist. These can be done in about 1 hour or up to about 5 hours at most. Depends if I'm online, how many requests I have prior, studies and all that.

Downfall: I draw people mostly. I can definitely draw your human OCs. Maybe Cat/animal in human form if you really, really want. I can try my hand at drawing kitties and other animals too, but it won't be as detailed as human sketches.
