victors by history were the written
-- This event is Story Time with Goatscrunch, which fulfills the "Clan history" kit curriculum. Participation is optional, and may help you get the 6 post requirement to rank up to apprentice. The mentions I pulled are from the kit section of the allegiances. I probably won't mention the bulk again unless Goat gets cranky with a lack of attendance! Note: any rank can attend, so if you want to use a non-kit feel free to. -- Today was probably gonna be the only time he gotta leave the den, the sunlight a rarity on a cold leafbare morning. Goatscrunch had found a warm, sunkissed spot near the center of the clearing and huddled down close to the ground. The dirt was warmer than he was, that were sure. "Kits!" It came as a raspy bleat, followed by a string of coughs. "Gather 'round if ya wanna hear a story." |
Re: victors by history were the written
Claykit The little gray tom cat bounded over towards the elder, his ears eager to hear the story. |
Re: victors by history were the written
Leopardkit perked up as he heard Goatscrunch. The kit bounded over excitedly. He hoped it would be an exciting and cool story about the old ThunderClan warriors and how strong and tough they were.

Re: victors by history were the written
Midnightkit pranced over upon hearing Goatscrunch call for the kits. Her eyes shone brightly at the thought of listening in on a story. |
Re: victors by history were the written
Mantiskit was grooming her fur throughoutly when she heard Goatscrunch calling out for kits to come if they wanted to listen to a story. She wasn't really sure if she wanted to but eventually decided to head over. After all listening to a story was incapable of injuring anybody. That was correct, wasn't it? Perhaps she would even find listening to a story enjoyable. She rarely had time The other kits seemed to always play games that they found enjoyable, or how they said it fun. Why did they always use such simple words? She found learning complex words delightful, though she would rarely actually say them out loud as she often found herself incapable of pronouncing them correctly. She was completely silent as she silentky slipped into the crowd, which was currently quite small. She saw Claykit Leopardkit, Midnightkit and noticed that Daylightpaw was also there. Hadn't he called out for kits? Maybe apprentices were allowed to listen in if they wanted to? She determined that she would wait and see what Goatscrunch would do about Daylightpaw instead of saying anything herself. She was remaining silent because she currently couldn't think of anything important to say and if she didn't have anything imporant to say Mantiskit couldn't think of any good reasons for her to speak up so she remained silent. After all, why do anything if you didn't have any good reasons to? Mantiskit couldn't think of any good reasons to do something if there weren't any good reasons to do it, therefore if you didn't have at least one good reason to do something why do it? She quickly found somewhere to sitting down, beginning to once again groom her fur throughoutly while she patiently waited for the story to start the moment she had setteled down. (Open)

Re: victors by history were the written
Redhawk She/they | 28 moons | Ultimate Predator She wasn't a kit, she knew that very well. But the call for a story time had Redhawk perking her ears and glancing over at Goatscrunch. Surely he'd allow a warrior to join, right? They weren't in the nursery, and, well, if she just so happened to sit close enough... |
Re: victors by history were the written
Violetfreckle didn't seem to be around this time to interrupt, but Bumblestar wasn't really here for that. Like, one hundred percent seriously. She loafed down at the far edge of the crowd, opting to keep a critical eye on Goatscrunch so nothing like the incident with the outsider could happen again.
