Since she was a kit, Beech's defining quality has been her kindness and trusting of others. She tends to give said trust blindly and therefore is easily manipulated or walked on. BACKSTORY
Beech was born a kittypet and lived that way for many years. Her owners declawed her, forcing her to be without the tools she needs to climb, fight, and do other important tasks as a wild cat. However she became a very skilled hunter by learning to trap food in her paws and kill it with blunt force or a bite. After many moons with her twolegs, they left one day and as always Beech thought they would return. But they never did--her twolegs moved and left her behind. Defenseless because she'd been declawed, Beech nearly starved to death when she was forced to live on her own. She was forced to learn survival the hard way but looks back at that part of her life with fondness because she believes it's what made her who she is today. And Beech loves herself.

3) Beech discovers a litter of abandoned kits. Knowing what it's like to be left behind, Beech takes them in and has to learn how to parent.
