After some consideration, a change has been made to roleplay regarding resurrections:

In the afterlife, nothing has been more mysterious than a resurrection.

StarClan cats foresee it as a positive, a second chance for those who deserve it: unfortunately, these good intentions are far from reality.

It is not through Starclan's light cats are revived, but through the power of darkness. To revive a cat breaks natural law, discriminates against others who have passed, and forces those who've already grieved to face the dead once more.

Though the origin of resurrections has been lost to time, the sinister powers that permit it are seen as a positive influence in StarClan. Many spirits do not recognize the darkness that taints the intent - and will blindly utilize the power without ever realizing it.

Thankfully, despite this StarClan is not completely without their own strengths. Part of this misconception with StarClan stems from their ability to reincarnate cats; a similar perk that provides cats with a true second chance - a restart of a new life.

Resurrections are now Dark Forest sanctioned!
That being said, Reincarnations are StarClan sanctioned!
