Lynxpaw staggered into the den, set off balance by the weight of his unconscious mento, who he was holding by the scruff. He laid her gently on the floor. "Elmshadow, little help here?" He said wearily. He stepped gingerly around Shadowlight, glancing down at the left side of her face, covered in blood, with a fresh scar.
Great StarClan, she'll probably never see out of her left eye again. He rubbed his cheek briefly against hers, then looked up.
