If you want to still see if staff is gonna let you get your gift or not, you can try to send a support ticket. I'm not staff myself so I don't know if that's really gonna work.

Maybe you can try to find out who your secret santa was (After jan 2nd of course.) and maybe they'll still give what they had planned for you. Honestly this is my first Secret santa so I don't know how that would work.
