Ratkit sniffed the air carefully, his mother had gotten mad at him and kicked him out of the nursery. Ratkit had decided to sneak out of camp and explore the territory. Ratkit found a large rock near the border and decided to sit there and watch the stars.

Badgerkit poked her head out from behind a tree. She spotted another cat sitting on a rock. It was night time. The best time to sneak away from the nursery. She was going to be an apprentice soon anyway, so she deserved to be out on her own. She sat down land stared at the kit with her hazel orbs.
