Wolfhive had noticed Beachpaw enter the den 'n decided to see how things were going. Outside of Beachpaw's voice, he was surprised by the lack of sound.
"You two alive?" he chirped as he entered.
"Did a 'coon steal your tongue? Never thought I'd hear an elder not jump at fresh food." Especially now that leaf-bare was nearing its end, the rabbit would still be decently warm.
