Stings. It stung like nothing had stung before. She didn't even know this Fadingsun but he apparently knew everything about her. Where was he when she was struggling in the medicine den? When clan mates were lashing out at her, threatening her life? Perhaps clan life just wasn't for her. Making her way back to her makeshift nest she's been living in for the past few moons, she settles in. Circling a few times to get herself comfortable, she curls up in her nest and does her best not to cry.

Fine. If they didn't need her, she didn't need them. In these moons she had done tons of self reflection. The last thing she needed was to do more. Riverclan had done nothing for her when all she had done for them was help them live until she stole her own herbs and ran away. Screw it. She didn't need them. Eyes squeeze tightly shut as she tries her hardest to drift off to sleep. She knows it won't come but she'll try nonetheless.

Part of her wanted to make them pay. Make them regret the things they had done to her. It sounds tempting. Sounds... Like the right thing to do. But the last thing she needed was to make enemies with an entire clan of cats.

Rest now, Tansy. Rest and plot. Plot what? Who knows. But ideas swirl amongst her mind nonetheless as she stares blankly at the entrance of her den.
