Shinefang had been in his den all day tending to other cats. All he wanted was to go out and get a little sunshine on his old pelt, but before he could so much as stretch, he saw a tom sitting outside the medicine den favoring his paw as he sat there looking irritated. Sighing, the medicine cat padded over. "You. Leafhide, right? What's the matter with your paw?" The old tom sat directly in front of the younger cat and reached out with his own paw to get a better look.
