Creekrunner dropped the trout he’d been picking up from the freshkill pile with a wry smile. He’s been planning on going hunting after his meal, but there was no time like the present. Hopefully this trout would still be here when he got back. Either that, or he could look for one for himself to bring back. Not that there were any trout in Cattail Pond but who knew, maybe one would fall from the sky onto his paws. The silver tom chuckled to himself and trotted over to the camp entrance to wait for Mistfall to join him. It was at that moment that said she-cat walked up to him. “Hey, Mistfall, ready to go?” He asked in a friendly manner, flicking his tail in greeting.

Mistfall smiled at the tom, glad that she received a friendly greeting despite not being friends. She was awkward but this helped. "Yes, lead the way," Mistfall meowed, gesturing for the tom to take the lead.
