It's pretty simple, but random, and not technically that much of a game. Basically, this is all about getting to know how some users view you, but these should all be nice and friendly!

How it goes is one person says something that begins with "I Declare," giving the game its name, and declaring your love or friendship to another user, that user should continue this by declaring something about another user and on and on (you don't have to be mentioned to declare something), examples:

"I Declare (User) is my true love."

"I Declare (User) is my best friend."

"I Declare (User) is like a brother/sister to me."

"I Declare (User) makes the most amazing characters."

I think you get the idea, it doesn't have to be love or friendship, as shown by the last example, but it has to be nice and it can't break any site rules. Try not to have the same person mentioned too many times, everyone deserves some love here! Be creative and have fun!
