A small break is what she needed from the clan, so she had taken it. The chaos that had been stirred up nearly every day was horrid. A fight here, a Traitor there. Hopefully the clan was settled now. Time to find some Chamomile to calm her thoughts... the dried white flowers were covered in a layer of snow, but she still managed to find some, it was just over a small lump in the snow of which she could only imagine was a stump from a twoleg cutting down a tree.

The pain didn't register at first, but when it did a pained shriek spilled out of her maw, scaring away any nearby prey, blood pooled around her body, her legs in no shape to do anything, part of her abdomen bloodied and spilling out of her.
