Goldenstar had been watching the battle, not finding anything to do but make sure everyone was holding their ground. Shadowclan was doing good, very much to his surprise. He knew he shouldn't have been putting himself down about it, but it was still a part of his nature, forcing him to worry about things he shouldn't have. Holding back from the battle, he flinched from a few wounds he had acquired on his flank when a warrior had missed their target where he had been standing. Darting around, he began to find a battle partner, not exactly that he had wanted to, but he knew he needed to help in one way or another. He couldn't just not charge into battle and not do anything.
