I like poor old Rainwhisker, who dies in only one sentence. That is my main reason. Also, Ashfur. The New Prophecy was literally me screaming Brambleflight till Squirrelfur came around. I dang hated Twilight's cover after I finished the book. Then he gets mentally ill because if some "character development" and I have to watch Hollyleaf, someone I was just starting to be okay with kill him, and BAM he loses his life.
