Looks:
Nathan has mousy brown hair that seems overgrown and unkempt, even a little burnt in places. He has pretty shockingly pale skin, some describe it as looking sickly, covered in hundreds of freckles like stars dotting his body. His eyes aren't much, they are a dull, grey looking shade of blue. He has a thin, sharp nose, small ears and a soft jawline with thin lips. He often looks uninterested or slightly aggressive depending on who he's around. He's used to running and being short of food, so he's pretty skinny and quick but he's got short legs which make him slightly clumsy if he's not focusing. His hands had slight burn scars, covered with soot which reaches up his arms to his elbows. The left side of his face is covered in scars from the same incident, luckily, his left eye wasn't harmed and he can still see from it.
When he's using magic some things about his appearance can change, his eyes seem to glow more, though that might just be the glare from his fire magic. He burns himself with his own magic but he doesn't usually seem affected by it until a while after because of how used to it he is. His body is naturally really warm and he dislikes being in water and the cold, thus why the soot stays on him.

Personality:
He's pretty secluded and untrusting, if not somewhat paranoid. It takes a while for him to trust and get used to a person, often on edge around even those who consider him a friend. He doesn't tell his real name to anyone, not even those he lives with, there are currently only three people who know his real name. He's pretty stubborn, never wanting to take orders from anyone and eventually always finding a way to get his way, sometimes using unnecessary tactics. Despite being untrusting, he is protective of anyone. He hates to see anyone hurt and protects them any way he can, though he can sometimes be rude about the way he shows he cares because most of the time he doesn't really care about the person, just their well-being. He really hates blood, makes him dizzy just thinking of it, so he isn't any good at healing since all he can think to do is burn the wound to stop the blood then leave it, which explains some of his scars. He is also really scared of fire, it is one of the reasons it is his primary magic, he really hates it to the point where he'll dangerously suppress his magic. He isn't very great at controlling his magic no matter how much he practices, he barely ever gets it to do what he wants, it mostly only works when he gets emotional which rarely ever works in his favour.

He wouldn't take no for an answer, he didn't care he was recognizable or if it might be dangerous, he wouldn't let Gavin go without him.

He's tall and tan, with a slightly muscular physique. He's got a sharp jawline and rounded nose with wide light brown eyes. He's got curly hair that's always clean and styled. He's got small bags on his belt which contain things to help his magic, a strange thing to most. --

Personality:
he is happy and estatic, always excited for everything ahead. He's always ready to risk anything for his friends and those he loves. He is easily trusting, which isn't always the best thing. [WIP]
