Okay, So ya know those drawings/memes of cats sitting on cacti? Well, I’m bored and not excited for anything, so here goes!
(Oh... yeah... um, all cats are made of cactus...)
Cactusclan
What:
A clan of courageous yet prickly cats, Cactusclan is a very... interesting group of cats. All of the members are either made up of the prickly desert plant, or not, but those who aren’t must have been a rouge or kittypet who joined. So, yeah, they’re green and their fur is small needle spikes. Weird, but cool.
Where:
They live in crags of a canyon that is in around Arizona, U.S. Their multicolored rocky dens are beautiful and keep them cold in the dry heat, but they are adapted to heat and can hunt in the desert like most creatures there. There is a small twolegplace nearby, and sometimes kittypets stray near.
Prey:
Lizards, Small Fennic Foxes, Snakes, Rodents, Coyotes (Needs two or more cats to take down), eagles, vultures.
Predators:
Coyotes, Canyon Cougars, Wolves, Vultures.
Abilities:
Cactusclan clanborn members can:
-Withstand Heat up to 94 degrees Fahrenheit
-Can live without water for half a moon (approx 10 Days)
-Some can eject poison from their ‘fur’ (Aka spikes/needles)
-Can jump up to 7 feet straight up in the air
-Can not be stung by Poisonous Cacti (A very common danger here, it’s not real, but it is in this world, so HA! Basically if you brush against it or get pricked, the sting will swell up and if it is on the neck, heart, or face, it needs immediate medical attention.)

You can only choose TWO of the abilities.
No Powerplaying
This is a Roleplay That is only for those who abide with the rules of the clan and the Site Guidelines. If you break a clan rule (Not a minor one, like eating prey before kits, but a major one like murder) more than three times, your character will be EXILED. (Put something about a Spiky cat in your application to show that you read all of this.) If you break a Site Guideline, punishment is up to admins and moderators (of course) and you will no longer be allowed in Cactusclan. (Except if you say accidentally hit a blow without a character being allowed to react, that will be dealt with accordingly by the admins if it is reported, but you will most likely be allowed in Cactusclan.)

2: Uncharted regions of the canyon. (Mostly just rocks, and some cougars venture in there, but only so often.)
3: Star Rock (Where they go to worship their ancestors)
4: The Vulture Cacti Patch (Where the cats go to hunt birds and retrieve water in the cacti branches for nursing queens or those who cannot go into the desert themselves. Cacti are full of water, so they are basically moss balls.)
5: Sand Dunes (Where the cats go to mainly hunt, all prey is normal there.)
