They have a link for choosing a donation amount. I had to dig a bit for it.

It lets you pay through PayPal, but if you don't have a PayPal account, you can do a guest checkout on PayPal using a credit or debit card.

Good news is that you can donate through PayPal without having an account. I don't have a PayPal account so what I did was clicked the PayPal button anyway and it let me pay as a guest using a card.
