Pleased by the invitation, Owlfang trotter happily over to the mentor and apprentice duo. As he approached he affectionately brushed his flank against Splashpool's and flicked her shoulder with his tail. He dipped his head in greeting to the younger apprentice and looked cheerfully to Splashpool, "What are you two being so secretive about this sunhigh? I hope you weren't making fun of me." He purred the last words out, spotting another crow feather caught in his claw and quickly pulled it out and spat it away.

Splashpool looked at Owlfang with a half smile with her heart racing. "I must talk to you. Splashpaw I'll be right back." meowed the molly. Splashpool made her way away from Splashpaw, looking back a couple of times to make sure that he was following.
