if you dont go through "outsider joining" you can generally start roleplaying immediatly, dont be confused if it takes a while for your post to show up, you are currently still under direct moderation until you reach 5 posts!
if you added your cat through the character pannel on the right of the clan and then clicked "my cat is a new member of x" you can start roleplaying in that clan immediatly. you can just write your post in whatever part of the territory you want and if you want someone to maybe answer you can put "(open)" at the bottom of it. example here:
