The Cageplace is what twolegs call a "Cat Shelter." It has an abundance of kittypet-related items laying around like toy mice and such. There's a small cat-sized hole in the left side of the small building, letting cats sneak out, but some dont dare leave forever, tending to stay until twolegs adopt them.
