My favorites are:
Hollyleaf, Cinderpelt, Cinderheart, Yellowfang, Whitestorm, Ravenpaw and Sandstorm.

I've loved Ravenpaw since he was interdicted in book one. Same with Hollyleaf and Cinderpelt.
