can definitely do digital on a phone! it's been a hot second but if i recall correctly, IbisPaint and Medibang are two good mobile apps. Also used to use Autodesk Sketchbook and that's my favorite of the three, pretty easy to get a hang of and has a lot of options. All three have paid add-ons but the base content is free and what's available shouldn't be super limiting. @
