Owltalon strained her good eye to see that Fadingsun leapt off the Floodstone. Huh, that quick? She wondered what else she had missed during the meeting, but the thought didn't bother her.
"All done," she said mostly to herself as she lifted herself to her paws and stretched. "C'mon, I've gotta escort ya back into camp. Stay close, kay?"
Shs didn't say a word more and she trotted back to Riverclan camp. Redmire wasn't that bad, but she was certainly impulsive and very pessimistic. Well, at least they had impulsiveness as a trait that they shared...
"Good shot." Owltalon said perhaps a bit too far into the conversation.

Redmire's ears twitched and she looked back up at Owltalon, silently debating if it was even worth it following the Lionheart back to camp. Wasn't like there was anything for her to do there, other than get glared at by idiots and then curse said idiots out for glaring. While not entirely boring, it was very redundant, and would probably get her smacked upside the head if any of the kits heard the sort of language she was using.
Maybe she'd just put it to Fadingsun instead. And maybe she could do it in a way that didn't end up with getting her ears clawed off, because
yeesh, Redmire was grumpy but she sure wasn't
that grumpy.
"Don't worry, it's not like I plan on running off anywhere." She abandoned the pebbles without a second thought, following Owltalon back to camp.
