Sproutwhisker looked down at his beloved Talonfang, concern within his blue-hued eyes. “It’s gonna be okay, I promise.” He murmured, giving her a reassuring lick behind the ears, “I’ll get you somewhere warm.” The young tom-cat lead her towards the back of the spacious Warrior’s den to a comfy-looking moss bed. He laid down and helped her nestle against him. He wrapped his tail around her and rested his head on her neck, purring softly as he gave her cheek a warm, affectionate lick. “Get some rest, I’ll keep you safe and warm.” Sproutwhisker whispered to the she-cat.
