Mezzo Forte, or usually just Mezzo, is a romantic and poetic tom. He's a purebred black and white American Shorthair, having a body shape that fits between bulky and lithe. His base coat is a jet black, although some of the individual hairs are tipped with silver. However, a line starting in between his eyes runs down to his muzzle, which is white. The rest of his neck and part of his shoulders is white, although it thins out as his forelegs, but his front and back paws are white.
He's quite flirty towards mollies, and it's not usual for him to make up a few bars of rhyme to attempt to flatten them. Usually, having kits for him tends to be an accident, as he sometimes doesn't realize even it until the last moment. He has a good memory, and his policy is to always be polite, no matter what others say or do. He kind of hates the fact that so many felines he's been with has had kits, and when first starting out on a relationship with another, it's the first thing he admits.

Cranefeather is along the lines of a heartbroken feline. After this American Shorthair's short fling with a flirty ShadowClan cat, Sunstrike, has left her nervous and bearing kits. She used to be a strict-to-the-rules kind of cat, before she met him while ShadowClan was staying in RiverClan. Although she kind of wishes her kits didn't exist, she made a promise to herself that she would be the best mother she could. She's always been a shy cat, and this didn't help her self-esteem.
