Alright, here is my Definition of a cultural club:
Any club that teacher it's members about culture, history, and/or traditions of a given race of people.
(Example: I am the Co-Leader and Treasurer of the Japanese Culture Club at my school, and out 10th meeting was today, and today I was helping teach our 13 members about Kanji, the writing system that most people in Japan write in.)
