Piperwing was ready to stop the fight, maybe help Rabbitpounce, when another Windclan cat joined in and asked what was happening. Fear spiked in Piperwing's chest and she stumbled away from the two cats, keeping an eye on them. At this point, her energy was practically drained from fighting and chasing the other cat with the serious injury she'd sustained earlier. Blood was pooling around her paws and she tried to look at her own chest and shoulders. A long gash ran from her left shoulder to the right side of her chest, crossing over a small gash from the top of her right shoulder down to almost the center of her chest. Her sandy fur was caked with red, but she could no longer tell whose blood was soaking into the pale strands of fur. Her injury wasn't fatal, but it would hinder her greatly in a fight against a seemingly untouched warrior. Especially if Rabbitpounce and Shineflower doubled up on her. Piperwing was terrified, but she moved closer and stood proudly and stubbornly in front of the Windclan cat. "Come on," she hissed, "I'll fight you. I'll fight you both." Her voice sounded strong, but at that moment, her right leg almost gave out, leaving her shaking where she stood. Suddenly, Passionblaze was in front of her and was shoving her away. He was yelling, but she barely heard him. The sand colored feline felt extremely dizzy and her eyes locked on Rabbitpounce. The world suddenly came into shocking, painful clarity and chills raced through her as she realized just how injured the other cat was. She hadn't meant for this. She hadn't even realized what she'd done. Please don't die. She begged silently as she watched the Windclan warrior's labored breathing. Her own breaths came in ragged puffs, sliced by sharp intakes of breath as the shock wore away the last of her adrenaline and started to release the floodgates of her pain. Another Windclan cat joined in, but this one seemed only to want to speak. Still, the sight of another Windclan warrior spiked her fear once more, giving her the strength to remain standing. As the Windclan patrol tended to Rabbitpounce, she shouldered her way up to Passionblaze's face and glared at him. "I didn't need your help," She hissed, "I had it under control. I could have fought them both off." Piperwing didn't know if he'd interfered out of worry for her or for Rabbitpounce, but she refused to think about the damage she'd done at that moment. Instead, she whipped around and started limping in the direction of Thunderclan territory. She didn't know if the battle would continue, but she knew she wouldn't be much help as she was. Unfortunately, her wounds were starting to affect her in a much more serious way than before. Her paws dragged with each step and sent shots of pain throughout her upper body. Tripping over one of her dragging paws, Piperwing hit the ground and let out a hiss as daggers of pain slashed at her shoulders (especially her left one, which she'd fallen on). Stubbornly, Piperwing tried to drag herself to her paws and continue walking.

They had said. Blood rushed through her ears as she followed where he thought the voice came from, that's when the scents hit her. She could tell border patrol had come by, 'But they should've been close to done by now.' She thought. As she followed their scent path the faint scent of blood hit her nose. That's when she burst into a run, it didn't take her long to stumble across a battle between the Thunderclan patrol and Windclans. She looked around at the battle, 'They must've fighting for a while, cats from either sides were slowing down.' She thought. Her eyes landed on Rabbitpounce, anxiety and dread filled Onyxwhipser and that's when she chose to spoke "Stop! Don't you cats see what you're doing?! Does a cat need to die over a border patrol brawl?" She shouted in her most demanding voice, no cat had ever heard the small speak in such a way. She ran over to Rabbitpounce, "She needs Surgestorm! Do you think you can move Rabbitpounce?" She asked.

Disappointed, clearly he was, but that emotion was glued to the back of his mind as he thought of a way to punish his patrol for acting like...wild animals. Unruly. Like they didn’t have a code to follow. But, like them, he had wanted to jump into the altercation. His claws were unsheathed, tugging at the grass he stood upon. He was ready to barrel into a cat to knock off his clan mate, but before that could even happen, his gaze caught onto the fray between Piperwing and Rabbitpounce. If it wasn’t for the other Molly that stepped into the fight, Passionblaze would had never noticed. He reeled himself forward, coming between Piperwing and The Windclan patrol leader. She looks out of breath... he aimlessly stared at the enemy, a small puncture of guilt unsettling him. When he looked around at the battling felines, he realized this was wrong. This wasn’t their battle to fight...yet. Quickly, he turned his head to look at Piperwing to see if she had any bruises of some sort, then his gaze roamed to Cormorantstone, then Rosebelly. A low growl crawled into his throat until it got louder. The golden flecks in his eyes becoming more visible as he stared incredulously at the group. “STOP!” He shouted. This time incredibly loud that he was pretty positive that the entire forest could hear him. So loud, that he was sure all the prey scurried away from every section of the forest. It came to his understanding, the way this Windclan Molly was slumped about, she was severely wounded. If she were to die, Passionblaze would never forgive himself, even though he didn’t cause her suffering - he was responsible for his patrol. Whatever fault they held, the tom clung to it like it was his own imperfection. Assuming that he managed to get everyone’s attention, he snarled, “This battle has gone on long enough! Look at the all of you, tearing each other apart and for what? Get out of your blood-lusting stupor before someone ends up dying!” Passionblaze gave an uncertain looked towards the Windclan patrol leader. “This wasn’t even supposed to be a battle! All we had to do was one job!” He eyed each of the mollies with an exasperated look in his livid orbs. “All you had was one job!” Passionblaze let out a deep huff. A blow of steam. Obviously he was swearing to Starclan in his head at how mousebrained each of them all was acting. Not to mention himself that if he didn’t notice the condition of one of the cats, he would had gone all out. Consumed by a beast that wasn’t really him. His ears had flicked. Thunderclan needed to leave, but could he really leave a fatally wounded Molly behind? That would stir problems. Passionblaze sighed inwardly. He thought being a warrior was stressful enough. But, being a deputy? That gave him all the more reason for his self-doubt. It was overwhelming!

Rabbitpounce was shocked to see Onyxwhisper, her clan's deputy here. She could clearly hear her but the faint hearing of ringing was in her ears, "I'm sorry." She spoke. It was two words that could mean everything or nothing. She felt like she was going against all she known, all she believed by saying `sorry` to her enemies but also fellow clan members. Her voice was still low and quiet. Her ears lowered, narrowing her eyes because she didn't want to look up and see someone's judging gaze. She couldn't live with regret of it. Even if she truefully thought they dersved it. However she got the feeling she wouldn't be living much long. Rabbitpounce would pay for her mistake. All the more reason she should apologize. The molly could hear Passionblaze's words and also Piperwing's anger. She did fail her one single job. "I should be able to control my anger and have just walked away instead of provoking.. I should have stopped the fight but I didn't. So, even if sorry really never doe-" Rabbitpounce coughed, before finishing her sentence. "does change anything I'm sorry." Her eyes trailed after Piperwing, storming away. Rabbitpounce was no longer standing, sitting and staggering to even stay balance. She felt extremely weak physically and emotionally. This hurt her pride quite a lot. Her vision blurred. Starclan don't you dare try to take me. She refused to go like this. She didn't want to pay the price. Her studdbornness carried on. Yet they didn't need that. "I-I can move. I been worst." She replied to Onyxwhisper. However she wasn't so sure. The last part was a lie. Rabbitpounce never felt this bad in her lifetime. For her it was a small reassuring that everything would be okay, that she wasn't going to die. The ugly truth was in front of her that she refused to accept.
Rabbitpounce still averted everyone's gaze. She felt horrible but she didn't at the same time. After all these were cats they were in war with. She couldn't feel sorry, she wasn't raised like that. The molly eyes didn't burn with the familiar fire they had in them. The fact that she could barely keep herself from not falling down made her question how she would be able to walk back to camp. Of course, Rabbitpounce wouldn't let anyone help her. She was fine.
