Frostedbelly looked at her adopted kits with such fascination as they played, remembering how she used to be as a kit like them. Flowerkit jumped on top of Riverkit and Frozenkit, pawing playfully at each of their ears. Frostedbelly pinned Flowerkit down with a purr.
