keiko took the order in stride with a nod, snapping to attention and immediately taking a stealthy stance. she slipped into the tall grass as silent as the air, eyes narrowed and sharp. now, she could smell the tangy scent of the new cat on her tongue, sticking out sharply from the musty scent of the mould and dampness of the abandoned nest. paws light on the ground, she crept through like a snake, fluid and ready to strike. she didn't trust grey, and tiny was on thin ice, but if she was to live here she had to be the one to defend it. she met the edge of the tall grass as it scattered off into the dirt, waiting to meet tiny's eyes on the other side. she didn't see the other cat yet, but their foreign scent was definitely stronger here. she hoped her scent had blended with the nest at this point, or this plan would've failed before it began. how many cats did this place have to attract?
