Hello!
It comes down to what specifically the 'curse' will be.
Like say, if it's just a string of misfortunes and could be summed up ultimately as bad luck, that would not be considered a Power.
However say, if the curse was like Goosefeather's or something along those lines, than it would be considered a power.
