Would I need a reincarnation card for this?
So, long story short, I have a plot for my loner Shadow, but it involves an npc family member of hers that died awhile ago being reincarnated. Since it’s a npc, would I still need a reincarnation card for it? Especially since she believes he’s been dead for . . . Uh, 7 moons I believe?

Idk if NPC's have ever been reincarnated... this is an interesting question... idk but I think so?

Yes. You must purchase a reincarnation card. You may reincarnate the character and then adopt them out. That is what I did when I resurrected Fernpaw, who is presently roleplayed by JAE but was originally an NPC for my character's backstory. @ WingedShadow
