Cloudclan was founded by Cloudstar (@Kunaiskrill), when it was founded she rounded up some members, the first one who joined was greatclaw (@/Hawkice). She and greatclaw rounded up more clan members. When they started fortifying the camp, She realized there were more clans. She met up with the other leaders.. who agreed to let cloudclan stay.
