Welcome back from your hiatus!
I do agree about the amount of [Private] roleplays being on the excessive side. While not intentional, it excludes newer members and makes it harder for them to find a group of roleplayers with similar interests.
The rule you're referencing- is it this one?

I've had confusion about it myself, which was explained by an admin after asking about it. The wording makes it a little on the murky side, but it's a rule stating that essentially excluding members from a roleplay specifically because you don't like them, or you don't want a particular member to roleplay with you, is not allowed. This is referencing public roleplays, available to every member- you can't ignore or purposefully keep a roleplayer from joining in with your mini plot inside of the public roleplay, and if you want a completely private roleplay (regarding your characters in this public roleplay) you are encouraged to take it to the PMs.
