I was wondering if Billiungal Tier 2 and 3 would let you make the animal sounds, e.g fox or badger crys, since a cat can communicate with wild animals.
Instead of using it to talk with other animals, could it be used against other cats, is what I'm asking.
Would cats be able to use it for a much scarier growl? Or use it for a prank?

Do they need to have met the animal before being able to make its sounds?

Would other characters have a visible reaction, or is it meant to not be noticed that a cat is making such sounds?

I also have a question about this purk.
In T3, it says you can hold basic conversation with squirrels and rodents. Are rabbits included?
I believe that squirrels are rodents. Rabbits aren't, though.

its interpreted to work similarly to real life languages, that every species has its own unique speech. its not magic or anything, hence why communication is limited.
so yes, in theory your cat could speak badger to another cat. how the cat responds would depend on the role player and how they feel their character would act.
once the purrk is attached to the cat and the requirements presented beneath it are met, it will pretty much just automatically work unless you want to role play out your cat learning to speak this different dialect.
