Sunbranch padded through the small stretch of the forest he called his home, he wiped blood off of his paws as he walked, the starless sky made it impossible to see without the help of the glowing mushrooms that grew in this place.
He settled down on a larger root and watched for danger, other Warriors would certainly love to have his territory here, since it had the best vantage points.
Death, wasn’t too shabby.

Failpaw

The golden-brown tabby slipped through the shadows, the scent of a strange cat overwhelming her. She stalked silently to a spot where she could see the tom, but he couldn't see her. Quite some time passed before the full-grown she-cat showed herself to him, copper eyes dull due to the lack of light. "Failpaw, demoted ShadowClan apprentice, Ex-warrior, 29 moons. I'm seeking cats to train me she quickly introduced herself, tense and ready to defend if the cat dared to attack her.

His eyes widened as he saw the she-cat, he slunk towards her, different colored eyes flashing,
“Failpaw huh?” He meowed, tasting the name in his mouth, “Why Failpaw?” His curiousity overtaking him, “How did you fail?” He hid the jab in a soft voice, trying to see if she would react like a fool.

Her eyes narrowed and she unsheathed her claws. "Why do you need to know, dumbass?" she hissed, no emotion in her voice. She hadn't failed. Her idiotic apprentice died, and they died because they couldn't even train for a damn two minutes. "I might explain it to you ... but I want to make a deal. You train me to get better. Stronger. And I'll tell you what happened. I'll explain everything and ... I can do some of your bidding as well if you please"

Sunbranch smiled coolly, “Nah, bidding is not necessary... Just promise not to be an annoying fleabag and we’ll get along nicely.”
He flicked his tail.

The molly narrowed her eyes and snarled, quickly stepping out of the tom's reach. She dashed forward, trying to knock him off balance.
