Dynamic w/ snowy: At first, she would probably think he was a bit weird, but would still do things with him or talk. Then maybe she'd warm up too him a bit.
Plot ideas (optional):(I have two) Their (possible) first interaction: Maybe one day, Amberpaw wakes up late and realizes that Snowypaw is asleep too. Even though she needs to do things, she wakes him up. Upon waking him up, he starts to talk to her. Amberpaw tries to convince him that she needs to work, but maybe this is when Snowypaw realizes that he likes Amberpaw, so he convinces her to stay. They talk for a bit, then Amberpaw is called by her mentor, or some other cat.
(Second one) A walk: Amberpaw is taking a walk, hunting along the way when she suddenly runs into Snowypaw. She walks away, but Snowypaw follows her. Eventually after a while of trying to get Snowypaw away, Amberpaw accepts Snowypaw to walk and hunt with her. They might talk a bit or hunt along the way, depending on how things go.
