Personality: she's a really nice pokemon and will get along with anyone, accept for trainers, if she sees a trainer she scampered away, if you are nice to her she will be your friend. She also loves water!
Other: I'm sorry if the moveset I chose wasn't for her level but I can change if it's not accepted

You can't use bubble jet, but for a level 12 pokemon she would know at least two/three moves. Look at the moves below and choose some!
1 Baton Pass
1 Bite
1 Charm
1 Copycat
1 Covet
1 Double-Edge
1 Growl
1 Helping Hand
1 Swift
1 Tackle
1 Tail Whip
1 Take Down
1 Water Gun
5 Sand Attack
10 Quick Attack

HMM, okay by trainer needs a starter so if anyone wants to apply as that i'd appreciate it. Otherwise I can just make my own poke.
