Closed Silverpaw Curse (Once I get the KK for Bewitched)

I plan to get my Shadowclan cat Silverpaw Bewitched. Would it technically be called a curse if he must always tell the truth, no matter how embarrasing? Silverpaw likes teasing other cats and getting them to do stuff that's embarrasing. So if somecat asks him about it, he has to tell the truth, all the way, no hiding stuff! Would that work as a curse?
