jayfrost just stared, let the long scars spanning from the top of his head over both eyes and the bridge of his nose, ending near his maw, the large tear wound on his right shoulder and the still present limp from bumblestar snapping his bone in half, speak for itself.
"dont you dare pretend like you are any more than a kit with an ego too large for your own good" he snapped back.
"you spoke the words of a fool, you do not know anything about current clan politics and only aim to make yourself look and feel important. stickpaw knows their place, aim to be more like them."

Winding down for the day was not an easy task for Wrenpaw, but she had to do so regardless of if she wanted to or not. Neglecting sleep and training all day long were not conducive to becoming a warrior next meeting... speaking of that, she'd need to find someone to run her assessment sooner rather than later. There were few warriors in the clan she actually trusted to get it done and quickly, but maybe she'd ask a Lionheart to do it - they, at least, have enough sense of responsibility that they probably wouldn't bail on her.

Duskleaf approached the apprentices' den, his eyes filled with tears from what happened in the clearing, more than anything he wanted something to distract him from it right now, and hoped that if he took Mousepaw for training, maybe that'd at least cheer him up a little bit.

"H-hey, Mousepaw? Are you in there?" He said, his voice still quivering, he tried to hide the fact that he'd been crying but it was very hard, he just hoped it wasn’t too noticeable. "I was wondering i-if you wanna g-go for a training session?"

@zozelen (Since there hasn’t been any training for a while I thought maybe Duskleaf and Mousepaw could do fishing training? Also partially because I thought it’d make sense for him to do something to take his mind off of things)

Moonpaw quietly lay sleeping in her nest, trying to rest when suddenly this mass of skeletal black and white fur landed on top of her.
"Wakey Wakey! Skyfall asked me to wake ya up, he wants you to come and learn to swim with me!" Grimpaw's cheerful yet funny voice rang out.
"...whu..?" Moonpaw grunted as she slowly got up and tried not to attack the fellow apprentice, butterflies in her stomach as she tried to stay focused and walk out without feeling awkward.
