(The people with powers are sort of a thing but like most of them would technically be Kekkei Genkai or Kekkei Mora but thats usually limited to people in clans or people with certain elements. If you want there is wikis for things like this plus the show helps a lot and its pretty good. Just skip over the filler cause it mostly eh.)
