A low growl crawled into his throat until it got louder. The golden flecks in his eyes becoming more visible as he stared incredulously at the group. “STOP!” He shouted. This time incredibly loud that he was pretty positive that the entire forest could hear him. So loud, that he was sure all the prey scurried away from every section of the forest. It came to his understanding, the way this Windclan Molly was slumped about, she was severely wounded. If she were to die, Passionblaze would never forgive himself, even though he didn’t cause her suffering - he was responsible for his patrol. Look at the all of you, tearing each other apart and for what? Get out of your blood-lusting stupor before someone ends up dying!” Passionblaze gave an uncertain looked towards the Windclan patrol leader. “This wasn’t even supposed to be a battle! All we had to do was one job!” He eyed each of the mollies with an exasperated look in his livid orbs. “All you had was one job!” Passionblaze let out a deep huff. A blow of steam. Obviously he was swearing to Starclan in his head at how mousebrained each of them all was acting. Not to mention himself that if he didn’t notice the condition of one of the cats, he would had gone all out. Consumed by a beast that wasn’t really him. His ears had flicked. Thunderclan needed to leave, but could he really leave a fatally wounded Molly behind? That would stir problems. Passionblaze sighed inwardly. He thought being a warrior was stressful enough. But, being a deputy? That gave him all the more reason for his self-doubt. It was overwhelming!

A black feline walked across Windclans territory, she was pretty easy to see compared to the brown and yellow colors of her home. She had planned on hunting a bit that day, she would find out in a few moments something more important waiting for you. As she caught she scent of prey, some cat yelling hit her ears. "Stop!"
They had said. Blood rushed through her ears as she followed where he thought the voice came from, that's when the scents hit her. She could tell border patrol had come by, 'But they should've been close to done by now.' She thought. As she followed their scent path the faint scent of blood hit her nose. That's when she burst into a run, it didn't take her long to stumble across a battle between the Thunderclan patrol and Windclans. She looked around at the battle, 'They must've fighting for a while, cats from either sides were slowing down.' She thought. Her eyes landed on Rabbitpounce, anxiety and dread filled Onyxwhipser and that's when she chose to spoke "Stop! Don't you cats see what you're doing?! Does a cat need to die over a border patrol brawl?" She shouted in her most demanding voice, no cat had ever heard the small speak in such a way. She ran over to Rabbitpounce, "She needs Surgestorm! Do you think you can move Rabbitpounce?" She asked.

Truefully she felt like she lost the battle, the only thing that was burning was her eyes filled with hatred. The adraline rush no longer gave her energy. Her wounds stung and blood dripped down from her shoulder. Rabbitpounce gaze flickered to Shineflower. "A fight." She rasped, her voice was croaky as she cleared her throat. She was showing weakness and Piperwing could attack any minute now. "A fight." The molly repeated, forcing herself to stand and lift her head to look around. Everything seem to rush down on her, Rabbitpounce blinked. She could barely stand, regret filled her chest but she wouldn't admit it. Her gaze flickered to Piperwing, daring for her to try to attack her again. She was slowly realizing her mistake. Her horrible mistake. Her claws dug into the ground to sustain balance and out of Rabbitpounce's anger. She couldn't attack Piperwing again because their was no way she could. She was basically helpless.

She herself was fairly wounded from the fight, and she was beginning to feel it. Piperwing was ready to stop the fight, maybe help Rabbitpounce, when another Windclan cat joined in and asked what was happening. Fear spiked in Piperwing's chest and she stumbled away from the two cats, keeping an eye on them. At this point, her energy was practically drained from fighting and chasing the other cat with the serious injury she'd sustained earlier. Blood was pooling around her paws and she tried to look at her own chest and shoulders. A long gash ran from her left shoulder to the right side of her chest, crossing over a small gash from the top of her right shoulder down to almost the center of her chest. Her sandy fur was caked with red, but she could no longer tell whose blood was soaking into the pale strands of fur. Her injury wasn't fatal, but it would hinder her greatly in a fight against a seemingly untouched warrior. Especially if Rabbitpounce and Shineflower doubled up on her. Piperwing was terrified, but she moved closer and stood proudly and stubbornly in front of the Windclan cat. "Come on," she hissed, "I'll fight you. I'll fight you both." Her voice sounded strong, but at that moment, her right leg almost gave out, leaving her shaking where she stood. Suddenly, Passionblaze was in front of her and was shoving her away. He was yelling, but she barely heard him. The sand colored feline felt extremely dizzy and her eyes locked on Rabbitpounce. The world suddenly came into shocking, painful clarity and chills raced through her as she realized just how injured the other cat was. She hadn't meant for this. She hadn't even realized what she'd done. Please don't die. She begged silently as she watched the Windclan warrior's labored breathing. Her own breaths came in ragged puffs, sliced by sharp intakes of breath as the shock wore away the last of her adrenaline and started to release the floodgates of her pain. Another Windclan cat joined in, but this one seemed only to want to speak. Still, the sight of another Windclan warrior spiked her fear once more, giving her the strength to remain standing. As the Windclan patrol tended to Rabbitpounce, she shouldered her way up to Passionblaze's face and glared at him. " I didn't need your help," She hissed, "I had it under control. I could have fought them both off." Piperwing didn't know if he'd interfered out of worry for her or for Rabbitpounce, but she refused to think about the damage she'd done at that moment. Instead, she whipped around and started limping in the direction of Thunderclan territory. She didn't know if the battle would continue, but she knew she wouldn't be much help as she was. Unfortunately, her wounds were starting to affect her in a much more serious way than before. Her paws dragged with each step and sent shots of pain throughout her upper body. Tripping over one of her dragging paws, Piperwing hit the ground and let out a hiss as daggers of pain slashed at her shoulders (especially her left one, which she'd fallen on). Stubbornly, Piperwing tried to drag herself to her paws and continue walking.

Rabbitpounce was shocked to see Onyxwhisper, her clan's deputy here. She could clearly hear her but the faint hearing of ringing was in her ears, "I'm sorry." She spoke. It was two words that could mean everything or nothing. She felt like she was going against all she known, all she believed by saying `sorry` to her enemies but also fellow clan members. Her voice was still low and quiet. Her ears lowered, narrowing her eyes because she didn't want to look up and see someone's judging gaze. She couldn't live with regret of it. Even if she truefully thought they dersved it. However she got the feeling she wouldn't be living much long. Rabbitpounce would pay for her mistake. All the more reason she should apologize. The molly could hear Passionblaze's words and also Piperwing's anger. She did fail her one single job. "I should be able to control my anger and have just walked away instead of provoking.. I should have stopped the fight but I didn't. So, even if sorry really never doe-" Rabbitpounce coughed, before finishing her sentence. "does change anything I'm sorry." Her eyes trailed after Piperwing, storming away. Rabbitpounce was no longer standing, sitting and staggering to even stay balance. She felt extremely weak physically and emotionally. This hurt her pride quite a lot. Her vision blurred. Starclan don't you dare try to take me. She refused to go like this. She didn't want to pay the price. Her studdbornness carried on. Yet they didn't need that. "I-I can move. I been worst." She replied to Onyxwhisper. However she wasn't so sure. The last part was a lie. Rabbitpounce never felt this bad in her lifetime. For her it was a small reassuring that everything would be okay, that she wasn't going to die. The ugly truth was in front of her that she refused to accept.
Rabbitpounce still averted everyone's gaze. She felt horrible but she didn't at the same time. After all these were cats they were in war with. She couldn't feel sorry, she wasn't raised like that. The molly eyes didn't burn with the familiar fire they had in them. The fact that she could barely keep herself from not falling down made her question how she would be able to walk back to camp. Of course, Rabbitpounce wouldn't let anyone help her. She was fine.

Onyxwhisper let out a sigh of relief, the fight was stopping. She looked at the condition of Rabbitpounce, she doubted the she cat would be able to walk all the way back to camp. "Shinflower, run back to camp as fast as you can and get Surgestorm, I'm not sure if Rabbitpounce can make it all the way back so I need Surgestorm to have a head start over here. Tell them that Rabbitpounce as a stomach injury." She said. "Cobaltsnow or Rosethorn whichever one of you is the most fit, we need some water for Rabbitpounce." She added. Onyxwhisper turned back to Rabbitpounce, "You need some help, don't be too much of a stubborn molly." She joked.

ShineFlower stared in disbelief at the cat she had spoken to only moments ago. " Sure, just...let me speak to her quickly..." She mewed, lightheaded. The WindClan warrior was distant and couldn't quite put together everything that was going on. Her pale green eyes were watering with fear for her friend. " Rabbitpounce! You're going to be okay. It's going to be okay. You'll be fine. We're getting you help! You'll be alright!" the she-cat spoke softly trying to comfort her clanmate. No. Not now. You did so well. " right. Okay. Just keep breathing. Take deep breaths and- I'm going to get Surgestorm. Don't close your eyes. Please! Please don't leave us...we'll get help." ShineFlower was so in the moment that she had forgotten about her own wound. Blood was still gushing from her stomach but she knew Rabbitpunce needed it more than ever. " I'm going to leave now. I'll be back in a heartbeat. I promise you'll get better. I promise." the grey warrior decided she had said all she could possibly say. Rabbitpunce probably couldn't even hear or see her. ShineFlower turned and raced away back to camp.

Rabbitpounce was grateful that Shineflower worried about her. Tiredness took over her body, "Don't be so... worried... It.. not like I'm dying." She chuckled. "I-I don't need help, see I can walk!" She was deprsate to believe that she was fine. That she was only injured. When she tried to stand she ended up falling over, hissing at herself and mostly at the unbearable pain. Rabbitpounce let out a amused chuckle at what Onyxwhisper said. "I'll always be studdborn." The molly replied. She blinked in surprise when she realized something. They cared about her. Yes, it was normal for clan mates to care about each other but for some reason it warmed Rabbitpounce's heart. Rabbitpounce didn't want them to fuss over her, forcing her eyes to stay awake. "Stop worrying." She mumbled, "I won't leave you guys." She still refused to accept the truth. She couldn't. She was still cursing Starclan in her head, Rabbitpounce could feel her eyelids droop and for a mere second she let them close. They were closed for a long time before they snapped back open. Her breathing was hoarse and shallow. She couldn't wait to be back in the warrior's den, sleeping. She felt so, so, so, tired.

Onyxwhisper licked Rabbitpounces cheek, trying to keep her awake. The deputy knew how close to deth the at was but se was praying to Starclan that Rabbitpounce stayed alive. "Try to keep your eyes open, Surgestrm should be here any moment." She smiled, she was lying she didn't know when Surgestorm was going to come. She didn't even know if Shineflower made it to camp yet, 'Should I gave gone instead?' She thought.

Re: ThunderClan | WindClan Border
Approaching the border between WindClan and ThunderClan, the tom was almost anxiously dancing from paw to paw, glancing down at his young companion as they reached it. There had been tension between the two Clans, and Marshjump wasn't so sure they could count on a WindClanner being reasonable if an accident were to happen. A ThunderClan cat died here. Maybe more then one. Of course, he knew that more cats had died over the moons, but recently? It was a single death and a lack of blame to place it on that had started all this conflict. Then the old deputy of WindClan - Shrikecall - had died, and Blazingstar had placed the blame on ThunderClan. Back and forth, and back and forth... Marshjump just wished it would all stop. "Alright, Mintpaw. This is the border between us and WindClan - can you smell them from here?" He wanted to get her familiar with the scents of the other Clans first. Most WindClanners carried a sort of breezy smell, sometimes sweet and sometimes a little more rough, sometimes almost sunshiny... but it was always one that was pretty easily placed. Marshjump had had the least hard time picking out WindClan from all the different scents.

I mentioned on my profile that I was starting over. A fresh start is best for me right now; I've created quite a few new characters, and they will all be on my site, but not all will be used in roleplay right away. it's likely I'll bring them in more gradually.

ShineFlower rushed over to the dying warrior. " Rabbitpounce...I'm back...I'm here...Suregestorm is just coming...Rabbitpunce?" The warrior seemed weak and wasn't really responding. " You'll be okay I promise..." RabbitPounce closed their eyes and their breathing was slowing down. " Just like I promised?" ShineFlower could feel a tear slide down her face.

Onyxwhisper thanked Starclan when she saw Shuneflower return. She hoped Surgestorm could do something for Rabbitpounce, she pressed her muzzle against Shineflowers shoulder for a few moments. "It's in Starclans paws now." She whispered.
