What does it mean when someone has a red dot next to their name? (Instead of a green one to symbolize that someone is online, or a gray dot to symbolize someone is offline)

It means that they have chosen to not show when they are online or offline. I have it enabled, just because when people know I’m on they start mentioning me like crazy to reply.
